Process Flow:
Waste tire--cutting ring--cutting strip--cutting blocks---bead wire separatd--- crusher--- vibrating screen--second vibrating screen---steel magnetic separating--finished products

Structures:
Ring cutter: Cut the sidewall(ring) away from the tread
Strips cutter: Cut sidewall(ring) and tread into wide of strips is 3-5cm, and steel wire reserved
Blocks cutter: Cut strips into tire block
Bead separator: Separate the whole steel cirlce in the bead wire
XKP series crusher: Crusher tire blocks into bigger rubber granule
Main vibrating screen: It will classify the rubber powder for first time
Conveyor machine: Use to transport not up required size re-back to xkp crusher
Magnetic system: It can classify thin steel from rubber powder
Second vibrating screen: Second time to classify rubber powder
Fiber separator: Separate fiber(nylon) from rubber powder

Our machine can deal with 0.65-1.4m tires, and the whole line need 3-4 workers to operate.
The space requirement is at least 15m length *8m width *6m height.
The machine can make the powder into 10 -30 mesh.

We have three kinds of Model XKP400/450/560.
XKP400 150kg per hour
XKP450 300kg per hour
XKP560 500kg per hour


Warranty period and after sales:
One year. In the warranty period, If there are some troubles with the machines, The manufacturer should send engineers to repair or replace the parts free(expect for easy broken parts, like rolllers and knife/blade). But you need pay the come and back tickets.
About after sales we have whole life repair this machine, but you need pay the cost (ticket, hotel, food ).
